[ADMIN]Account recovery / Ban appeal

Hi, Dbuffed here - Would it be possible to get my account unbanned (It had a 2 part authenticator added which needs to be removed) due to a hacker, if a staff member could contact me on Skype for a new email register please.

Have you disputed already/has it been proven you've been hacked/everything been sorted out?

 

Hi Roary, I cannot log into the account, and yes it was confirmed I was hacked, we found out who by and so forth also. I requested multiple times when I found out I was hacked to be banned over a 9 hour period, which I wasn't responded to until 9 hours later, so I am looking to get this resolved.
