Karma possible scammer

Resumé:
I ordered melee training 57 - 70 ranged. He wanted RS07 GP instead so I provided 5mil for the training and suddenly when my account reached 62 ranged I receive a private message that says he's cancelling the service because he has been hacked and he stopped respondig on Skype though I saw him posting on his thread so I was a bit suspicious.

Stopped responding suddenly although he posted on his thread and he was always responding untill up to this -

62 ranged trained only though I paid for 70 -

 

He's been PM'd. He'll need to complete your service or repay the percentage remaining on the order.

He has 24 hours to respond.

 

He's responded saying he'll be repaying you. He's asked for two days to get his PC secured. He's been banned until the repayment has gone through.

 

He can dispute to be unbanned when he's paid.
