Recovering my Sythe Account (2 Step Auth)

I recently got a new phone not a while ago and needed to use Sythe. And since i got a new phone the 2 Step Authentication that i had was gone and wasn't able to get it back.

I have e-mailed Sythe 3 times now trying to remove it and had never gotten a response back.

My account name that i am trying to get back is amazingBRIAN.

You don't have donation ID's or Sythe Verified so that's probably why. You need to prove beyond doubt that the account is yours for it to be removed. Need to be more careful when setting these things up.

 

So what can i include in the e-mail? I can log into my skype account since that's in my Signature. Anything else i can include?

 

Varies for every user, have you ever used your paypal email via PM etc etc

 

Hm okay.. i don't think i have but i guess i can try to send another e-mail including screenshots of my Skype and the Paypal e-mails that i had used.
