Unclear Rule

You have been banned for the following reason:
Disclosure of Others' Personal Information: posting information such as private emails / MSNs, private Skype accounts, Facebook accounts, addresses, phone numbers, private photos, etc. of someone other than yourself without explicit consent of that person will result in up to a 1 month ban regardless of whether or not the information is publicly available.

Well let's clear this up fast and easy. The rule states that PRIVATE PHOTOS of someone result in a ban, then later states that it doesn't matter if the information is publicly available. The pictures I posted were not private, but rather public photos, that were available publicly.

On another note, the rule states the ban may be UP TO 1 month. Going by this, I am requesting that my ban be reduced as I only posted a picture and did not post a name or anything that may harm Bleuskittle.

If you are going to have a rule, make it clear in its wording and leave no room for interpretation. I should not be banned for a month because the wording on the rule was interpreted differently.
