banned for a fake report

so this is my second as the admin told me to make another one but now to explain so I m banned based on this link

that I did something illegal called cracking emails but thats not true I never did that ,that topic does not exists on fkn,I dont get it I never harmed anyone that is definetly not my topic I would never pay money for something like that and more likely not with paypal I want a second chance since i never did anything wrong, I could make another acc but I dont want to I have no repp on this site to say that I wana save my acc for repp but its not fair for me to be banned for nothing just saying that !
