Posts shown above confirm account was sold to Patj using the Zzbrennan profile on 3/2.

5 days later he was trying to sell it as Ambition although it was confirmed he had given up ownership of the account to PatJ.

At which point he allegedly scammed someone else:

There is no evidence of a trade occurring on the 3/7/15 trade I could find unfortunately. However as shown above, Ambition definitely posted on his thread trying to sell him the account. The thing missing is proof of the account sale unfortunately, but he has sold the account again TODAY as ZzBrennan yet again.

The evidence is highly suggestive of Zfzf's claim of the account being recovered from him once again. Given the information above I feel he should be held responsible for two offenses of account recovery (possibly 3 if he recovers it from Saffire which it seems like he probably will.)

There is not solid proof of it being recovered a second time as there is no proof/confirmation of trade, however the first time the account was sold there is absolutely proof of the account being traded, and him coming back and selling it on another profile later after the user stated the account was recovered.

Sells as Zzbrennan -> Recovers
Sells as Ambition -> Recovers
Sells as Zzbrennan -> Account seems to be in ownership of person who purchased it. However this was not even 24 hours ago. I'm guessing he'll recover it from this guy too.

Even if there is not enough to convict him of a second account recovery offense, there is enough evidence to prove he has done it once.
