Report/post/reason that got you banned: I am le ban evader.

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I tried to contact the victims of my previous scams via Email, as you can note here; http://puu.sh/bSIOy/c590c86795.png. The emails were unsuccessful, according to Roary, this is due to the hotmail account being inactive for so long.


I have since been in contact with Vi3 and have managed to refund him the $7, I had to use my mothers paypal account as I don't have a debit card/credit card here in Canada.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: With regards to the n4n0/trin situation, I was within the chat when this was all taking place. I was not involved in the redistribution of any images/links to images. I formerly
apologised to n4n0 via Skype and from my understanding he did? accepted my apology..

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: So, a few years back, I created my first account in which was undar0ath, I did scam on this and was banned on the account. My next account was reginaldo, this account, I too scammed on and was eventually banned. With regards to the other accounts that were claimed to be mine, after they had been bought up I did have recollection of creating these accounts, but as you would've noticed 3 of which weren't banned and were hardly used. It was such a long time ago, I actually forgot about these accounts (Hence why I created a new account, ASAPGANG). I was never lying about having owned these accounts and I sincerely apologise for not bringing this up in the scam report against myself.

So, 18 months ago, I reported myself in the RASC section as a ban evader and claimed the accounts, undar0ath and reginaldo. The report I made can be viewed as linked above. Now, you might say that my attitude within this scam report was very dull and not in the slightest remorseful, I can understand this in which the context of the report was written, again, I truly apologise for this. It wasn't meant to be the case at all, reporting myself was spur of the moment and I didn't know how else to conduct myself.

My actions led me to distress and I could no longer participate within the community knowing that I might've been caught. I wanted a clean slate, so I decided to come forward on my own will. I believe this shows some character of remorse.

So all in all, I am truly regretful for my immature actions, there are no excuses. What I done was wrong and hopefully the staff can see I am genuinely remorseful.

As you may notice, I have moved countries twice since being banned, I could have easily ban evaded but it never crossed my mind. I hope you can see I have changed my ways and my previous accomplishments on ASAPGANG outweigh the negatives on my other accounts. I believe I should be unbanned on the basis that I put a lot of time and contributions into Sythe, I was a very active member and till this day I still browse Sythe on the daily.

I have since returned back to New Zealand after 14 months abroad. I spent the majority of my time in Canada and the US. I am now studying my Bachelors of Laws (LLB) and Commerce (Double Degree) at a university back home.

I have been banned for some time now, I believe I have served capital punishment for my actions and I am truly remorseful; but this is ultimately up to the staff to decide.

I can't find your last pardon to corroborate the dates, however a Global/Admin should be able to.

I'll support if it's been 6 months since your last.
