Looking for Website Designer

Hi everyone, as the title says, I'm looking for a website designer. Anyone who is very good at making websites and will allow me to see some of their work is what I need.
Please add my Skype to disccuss: talon.csgo
EDIT: I am looking for a website from scratch. I have a GFX designer already ready to work. My budget is about $100-300 depending on how much the programmer wants.

Please list a bit more of what you need. Do you want a website designed from scratch? Or a drag and drop templated website? Do you need GFX done as well, forums, user accounts, reply methods or shop?

Tell us the scale of the website or budget if you can.
