Looking at his IP audit, he is a mass vader/scammer who has used the alias Andrew Sauvage/powerbot_andrew as seen here:

Which, in the post I linked, would make Illx's name "Chris" by default which seems to be Captain Chris's name judging from the name of his sythe profile.

So on top of having the IP match, they're both named Chris and both highly interested in the RSPS markets.

And ep1k has only ever used one IP, which is also a match to Captain Chris who is Illx.
