Although the IP matches, her old (first) account wasn't even active AFTER she got her ban/SRBed:

Date: 12-18-14 was the last day she made and used it.

The following day 12-19-14 she made http://www.sythe.org/members/431648-tazmanian-pka.html and since then she has never logged into "ticklemuhpickle."

Don't see how's that ban evading if she never logged in to her first account after being banned on her second one.
