Help on my Stakers account please! ADVISE :)

Hello I have a runescape account and I'm curious what I should be getting now.
I'm currently 99 combat 90 HP 70 attack 95 Strength 70 defence. I'm curious what would be better with these stats ----

99 STR 99 HP 99 ATK 70 DEF = 113 CB
VS
99 STR 99 HP 75 ATK 99 DEF = 113 CB

What would win in a stake? Whipping / DDS

This is also more of a main account than a pure, so even more so in the wrong section.

OT: I would just get 99 atk, str, def, hp and main stake it. personal preference though....

 

99 att hp strength 70 def, defence doesnt play a massive factor in whip stakes 1 beats 99 all the time plus you can make them give a huge x.

 

You're not that far from maxing out, max out odd staking is dead or unfair.
