Buying lv 115+ CMB Around $150-320

I am looking for a very good main account to buy. The account must be username login unless you have a vast amount of vouches. I will be paying via paypal, or via 07 gp.(I will buy the gp on my pure and trade it).
I don't want an account that doesn't have any quests completed. (150+qps)
I would like to see untradeables.
I DONT CARE ABOUT THE RS3 ACCOUNT. Even if you have a max rs3 account I will not offer anything extra.
