Temporarily Banned as a consequence out of my hands

Earlier today, at 12:00pm GMT, my account was banned due to a direct IP match with another account created, my brothers.
Last night, after I discussed about a wager match with another Sythe user, I decided to let it pass, telling him that I will wager him tomorrow:

[16/01/2015 21:25:02] Alex Williams: I'll let you know tomorrow

Around 2 hours after all of this, I recieved PM's on both Skype and Sythe demanding a sum of 200k FUT coins, however, being 23:00pm last night, I let the case slip until the next morning (this morning)

At this point I was confused, I questioned what I had done wrong, naively ignoring my brothers whereabouts. I didn't respond to my PM's, yet instead responded directly to 'Godin' over Skype, where he, abusively, described to me the situation. I ensured him I had nothing to do with this, yet he carried on linking my account to that of 'Mr_Green', when it clicked, it was my brother (hence the same IP)
What had happened was my brother had managed to reach 'Godin' through my Skype 'Alex Williams' and add him on his own Skype 'wtf-123456789' or 'Bradley Williams'.
By all means, the account 'Mr_Green' is definitely viable to the ban that is proposed, however, my account Yogano, has nothing to do with this incidence.
I have been a member for 6 months, being active on the forums, racking up a total of nearly 400-posts, and never have I thought of scamming, whether it be selling FUT coins, RS accounts or GTA V accounts.
All I ask is you to rethink this ban, Mr_Green is the suspect for this, ban that account by all means, but even if it means for a TWC on my account until I gain trustworthiness, please do not ban me permanently.
