Just want you to add this into his report on Bogla.
He was not banned for commission staking as stated in Bogla's ban appeal.
Logik was banned for breaking the ToS. Rule #8. He livestreamed on the account which was proven by the Bogla Team and was confirmed by Blade.

Also: As I have previously stated; I never commission staked and the Bogla Team can confirm that. Curtis and Isaiah had framed me for this to have me booted off of the account. They wanted to have account access ASAP because they wanted to livestream (This can also be confirmed by the Bogla Team).

I'm not sure if Logik Gaming has been banned yet because I can't find his profile. But if he's already banned, then Askillor is also ban evading.

For any proof of the information stated above, I can have Eva or Bogla provide pictures.

I've had this up for a bit waiting for a RS moderator, but I'd just rather deal with it now than keep users waiting.

Even google cache shows the terms to list no streaming/c.staking. It doesn't matter how "strict" they are, there's a choice to rent or not. By agreeing to the terms and renting an account, they've decided the terms are worth it. Breaking them has severe punishment, but that's the choice of the rentee.

I don't know about this framing nonsense. I do know that the user Logik Gaming was streaming on Bogla's account, which is against their ToS, and led to the account being banned. This, in my eyes, deserves reimbursement of all funds on the account as well as the value of the account itself. User Logik Gaming will be banned until he pays these in full.

Thanks to everyone for their patience, and Bogla for presenting me with this information and offering to repay whatever we deemed necessary.

The bogla team was fully within their right to reclaim the accounts, as their ToS were being actively broken.

All members of the Bogla team requested for unban.
