I resolved the Skype ID's myself. They matched at the time. For whatever reason, the one IP is no longer showing.

Would like another staff member to look into this.

 

The IP is not coming from a VPN, it's a Time Warner IP, just like yours is.

I'm not sure of the location however. The locations are a long way away according to the http://whatismyipaddress.com/ location checker.

Yes, I stated this on Skype, which is why I banned so swiftly.

I'm not so concerned about the location as I am for the IP match existing at all.

It matches multiple accounts, but King Neuro has never used the IP on Sythe.

Run an entire virus scan on your computer and post it here.

 

With your computer being clean, I'm uncertain how the IP is on your account without it being you.

I figured the only way it was possible was if he had access to your account.

Unless another Staff member can provide any insight, I think your only option is to contact Skype support and hope they can provide an answer.

 

I've read the Skype support logs, but I don't really know anything about "IP cloning".

I hope the 'specialized department' will be able to provide some insight.

I thought it might have to do with a programming error for the comma, and when you resolved the Skype ID "neurological5," it was pulling the IP address from both "neurological5" and "neurological5,". I've tested this myself, but it doesn't appear to be the case.

You've been more than co-operative and given everything, I don't think you're your own imposter. If that was the case, then these accounts would all be yours and there'd be at least some variation of the "70.90" IP address on your Sythe account; there is none.
