ima start my botfarm need help

Hey ive botted a long time but never used vpn or stuff like that, am i able to start up my small farm with a 100euro budget?

If so i need help with these points:
1. Which vpn are good to use and which are BAD to use or more likely to be avoided.
2. what is the most easiest way to bot farm


Basically i just need some small information to start, all info is highly appreciated
