Hey there, my name is Dayton, I see why I was accused as it appears I am a vader though there's a logical explanation as to why I'm being accused of this and browsing through Sythe I noticed a disupute was opened on my account.

Justin is my brother, we share the same computer (He uses a mobile sometimes) for browsing Sythe. The name "Justin Fag" comes from yeah, a ban evader who taught me about Sythe and made the account for me, aka Collerkar76. We made the name because Justin was a mod on Soulsplit, and doesn't like the fact that I use Sythe, but he cannot do anything about it, so the name was made to troll him. I no longer play SS or am I really affiliated; I typically browse other sections as well I've managed to build quite a userbase of player whom I quest for http://www.sythe.org/oldschool-runescape-questing-torsos/1674471-trusted-cheapest-justins-cheap-07-questing-service-hand-done-fast.html All of which has been some what of part time business that i've used for some spare cash while attending college.

I understand the evidence is against me, and it looks pretty bad from my part, though you need to realistically think; why would I risk over 50 vouches http://www.sythe.org/vouches-forum/1665525-justin-fags-vouches.html do over 300 + quests for people and spend as much time as I have building a reputation/business, to risk losing it over something like this?
Reason: I wouldn't. I cannot control what justin does, but I have no affiliation as to him being a mod of soulsplit, we just share the same desktop.

Sorry for any inconvience this has caused and I hope this is given the proper attention, as I'd really appreciate being allowed to use these forums. If need be, ban me from viewing the rsps section; that'll insure I'm not involved/affiliated with anything Justin does. Thanks for the help! - Dayton

First off I found this

As you see there is a user named 'Justin' trying to dispute his ban for being banned on sythe as a SS moderator

Note the date of the dispute is December 29th as well as Justin Fag's registration date.

However the user did not create his current ban evasion sythe profile, another SS moderator created it for him.

You will see those are both banned for ban evading/being linked to a SS moderator - I believe this is another of his sythe profiles which is banned

This moderator was Collerkar76 on Soulsplit as far as I can tell, while the current vader 'Justin Fag' is a current global moderator named Imsoextremei (only person named Justin on SS staff in past year as far as I could find according to google)

If you check Justin Fag's registration he was created by one vader (Collerkar/Big Bud/Jake Lazore) and is now being used by another vader (Justinnnnn) who is a current Soulsplit moderator. Double ban evasion/Account Sharing/Soulsplit private server staff

Although there is no direct ip link match between Justinnnnn and Justin Fag i'm sure you'll see that upon checking their IP locations they are the same person and the timing is exact as well (12/29/2013)
