I get really dry skin on my face, have no way of getting rid of it, use creams etc, may sound gay but it helps.

Only after work? Or do you mean by the time you're done with work? If the former, what do you do when working? How long has it been happening?

We're no doctors and if you feel it's serious then try googling what you're experiencing. Obviously your best bet would be seeing a professional.

Well, I do work in the fast food industry (for a year now) Not going to name the business, but I have been getting a lot of Wash up shifts (cleaning the equipment) It happens when I go in the pool, but at work it makes my skin much more drier much more easier.

Im assuming you recently have been getting a lot of wash up shifts, you believe that's the cause, and it hasn't happened in the 1 year you were working there until recently. By pool you mean where you wash the equipment. Correct me if I'm wrong. I'd try mentioning the problem to your supervisor/manager, see if they can give you something else to do.

Get eucerin skin cream. There is no other way you can prevent this without using skincare products.

Most likely the cleaning chemicals that are used in your work. Would suggest trying to double layer your gloves, or buy a thicker kind rubber/latex protection on your hands. If this doesn't help, got to visit a dermatologist and see what treatment they can offer you.

There's nothing gay about using creams

Fatty Creams like mentioned above will do you a world of wonders and aren't actually too expensive per tub. I use it on the regular to keep my eczema at bay and I remember one chick drunkenly marveling at how smooth my skin was lol.

Coconut oil is a fantastic natural remedy for dry or itchy skin.

Just use tons of creams daily. I used to have a similar problem with cracked skin on my legs because they were very dry. Just use some lotion and take lots of showers.
