Disputing Ban

Apparently banned for scamming 5m 07. I lost the dice roll and I pmed him asking if he wanted to go up to 8m by 1m at a time he said no because he doesnt have 8m. And I told him that we might aswell since im not home atm. I added him on skype and he didnt respond to me so apparently when I went offline on skype he thought I was scamming. I told him I was not home but he still decided he wanted to report me and I was banned when I didnt even scam.
