BBB today is not the same BBB that existed x months ago. We were young, we were inexperienced, and we made mistakes. Mistakes that have stuck with us and continue to inhibit our growth to this day. We wish to clear our name and will do whatever necessary to accomplish this.
The only outstanding issue we see is our involvement with DDoS attacks targeting our competitors, specifically DragonDyce:
Regarding this charge BBB takes full responsibility. Keep in mind these attacks were carried out by an individual who is no longer associated with BBB and has been absent from BBB's management for some time. Nevertheless, BBB is more than willing to pay restitution for these attacks provided ample evidence of damages can be shown. Private negotiations between ourselves and DD have failed as there is a fundamental disagreement about the extent to which these brief attacks impacted overall development. Our success and DD's failure in the poker market is not a result of these attacks, they remain a single factor in a much more complicated series of events. To peg our success on these attacks is not realistic and to demand compensation based on our current market position is unreasonable.
We ask that Sythe staff review independently the public record regarding this issue and set the figure, if any, to be paid to DD for these attacks. Private negotiations are not possible at this time and DD staff, specifically Xier0, has shown he is more than content purposely stalling negotiations as the dissolution of this issue is bad for his business.
If there are any other unresolved charges against us please bring them to our attention so we may address them head on. It is not our intention to leave anything out. We just wish to focus on the outstanding charges so we may most effectively resolve them and not be distracted with issues which have been quashed in previous proceedings.
