Sailor Jerry Rum

This is one of my favorite rums for several reasons. However, the main reason is the way it makes you feel. It gives you that feeling of '0 fucks given'. You get the tough man mentality when drinking this stuff. I definitely would say this gives you one of the best DRUNK buzzes out there.

This shit can run you from 20$-40$ depending on where you live or the size of handle you buy.

This rum does have a vanilla type flavor to it but will then hit you with the deep burn of a typical rum. Some people will even say you'll get a hint of cinnamon. (I did not experience such thing).

I typically just take shots or pulls with this drink but have made some mix drinks with it. I've mixed with some Coke which is basic but the taste is quite nice. I've also made a 'Jerry Float' which is literally a rootbeer float with some Jerry's splashed in. Lemme tell you, very nice.

This drink is not for those that enjoy just a casual, light tasting drink. You will taste this no matter how much you try to dilute it with your other drink of choice. I advise this drink for the lovers of dark alcohol. It's definitely up there in terms of quality.

For the price you're paying, I'd recommend this drink to anyone from any type of class. Freshman in college all the way up to professionals.

In the bottle: 8/10
- Its a very cool looking bottle I'd have to say. Once you get down to the nitty gritty, you see a naked girl on the inside, back of the bottle. Definitely a plus.

Sitting in a glass: 7/10
-It gives off a nice type of amber/brown glow that sometimes mesmerizes you to stare at it for minutes. Real cool looking.

Into the mouth: 7/10
-Most rums burn instantly, but not Jerry. He treats you nice such as your nan's excretions sitting nicely on the tongue. You get the full effects of the flavor that it brings.

Swallow: 5/10
-You will feel a burn, you will feel something, you will probably shiver. This might be a downside for some people, but for the effects you get; quite worth it.

Overall: 8/10
- For the price you pay and the outcome you get, you will never go wrong with my buddy Jerry. I really recommend for those into dark alcohols, or for those that are looking for a type of alcohol that is dark.

I'm wrapping this up, lemme know what you think and I will take suggestions for my next drink.
