    Selling 9hp level 4
    Back when RuneScape first started you started with 9 HP, when RS2/RS3 transferred you needed a certain amount of xp in HP for you to be level 10. This wasn't the case with accounts that still had 1,000 xp in it. Hence still being level 9.
