You've got the basics, it's just merchanting. You can also buy them for IRL GP (not sure if it's worth it that way). You can also sell them for 07 GP since you can't buy them in 07.
Yeah, it's not rocket science. 
1.Just purchase them cheaper than you sell them for.
2.Sell them.

I say you shouldn't. Flipping bounds around simply for the sake of getting vouches? Honestly I wouldn't care if someone has 1,000 vouches, if they're all from a 5m bond deal, I'm not going to go first to them for a 50M trade, only with a MM. Vouches don't always define a person's character or trust.
Strong this but yea you got it down pretty much and for the price just pick one that you can profit off of.
I do agree with what you are saying but I also think increasing my vouches will help me with future trades, It's true that some people wont care for the bond vouches but I still think it is worth my time

if you have 1,000 vouches you should be a legit user, even if it's all bonds. i would say it's still a good base to rise your name

yeah I mean, just look around and see what others are selling, but also consider the merchants are usually trusted so they charge above the average price, but I would rather pay a little bit more to trade safely, than possibly get ripped off. So maybe undercut their price a bit if you're able to.
True, but consider the fact some people spam in-order to get post count and "look" trusted. The same could be said about doing a bunch of small trades to look trusted. It would be a lot of effort to get 1,000 vouches, but having 1000 Vouches for a bunch of 10$ trades doesn't mean you should trade them 100-200m 07 (250-500$) blindy thinking they're trusted. As always someone should use their own personal judgement, and a middleman.
