Spit2015 agreed to do the quests,
vampire slayer, fight arena, lost city, fight arena, mountain daughter, waterfall
and the skills, 31 crafting, 36 woodcutting, 15 agility
for 4.5m 07.

He only ever ended up completing waterfall, and wanted payment for it.
He said waterfall itself was worth 1m. I disagreed with this price, since it seemed like a rip off. So he suggested he would pm the mod and we all would talk about the price. He must not have pmed the mod about this since I'm banned now.

I would like to know how much I actually should pay him.

You two should be able to work out a fair price.
