Requesting a New account

Basically , I was Unbanned with a TWC a while ago , and my account had 2 factor security enabled.

Now , i had reset my phone a while ago and lost the codes.
I do have the backup code , but it isn't working.

Can anyone help me about this? I asked Zuzel , he said i can request a new account. So , is the account the only way i can get back in touch with sythe?

Reply back if you'd prefer a new account. Chances are, if all you have is an IP from that list; you wont get it back.
