Dispute against Ayy

Explanation of the trade: Was purchasing GFX service from him. After 1 month of 0 service I asked for a refund. I received a partial refund and have waited another month for him to get the rest.
How they scammed: Has never initiated contact with me or provided me with a refund for a service.

I paid him 50m 07gp when the rates to sell to gold buyers was 3$/m for a 150$ payment.

Now the gp rate is 2.3/m and I want a full refund at that rate as I had to go out of my way to give him the initial 50m at a rate he would take.

He has already paid me 30m 07 for partial refund, and I believe I should still receive another 35m for the rest of the refund. He has not responded to me nor tried to contact me in a reasonable time for a refund. This service was started at the beginning of August and it is already almost November.

I have also noticed in his recent posts that he has been selling 07 gp so I have no doubt in my mind that he has had gp over the course of the past 1 month that I have been waiting for this refund.

 

I'll message him now and see what the problem is. Will report back on this thread when I have received an answer from him.
