Banned for about 4 years or so now

My account username is Thieft, I made it back in 06 or 07. I'm trying to get back on my account and join the community. I attempted to sign in on it and it said I was a ban evader. I am asking for that to be excused, to be honest I don't remember how I evaded or why I would've gotten banned in the first place. I think it could've been like an infraction ban on one of my accounts and I did not want to wait it out and I made a new one.. Anyways, I'd really love to be able to get back into the community again and to get an unban, possibly a name change because just read the username.. Lol.
