banned for evading?

i got a ban for evading and the evidence said that i am " im bruno" and "pink kitty" i tried to make a new account to ip audit and make check if we are into the same game (i only play 2 atm ikov and soul split) and it said that "born4porn"
and "pink kitty" were banned on my ip. and i had to do that on a 3g network aswell

so obviously we are all from the same area and get given the same 3g network by the internet provider. if the only reason im getting banned is for logging in on the same ip as someone then shouldnt everyone be banned for doing it? (the internet provider im with only gives about 10-20 ips in a area btw and i use sythe quite a bit when im out) i know we only has limited ips in an area because when i vote abuse for servers it only works 10ish times
