How they scammed: Wasn't a scam was attempt to scam. He was expecting me to go first, was denying to do increments, and was denying to use a middleman. As he is a newcomer and I am respectably trusted it is fair enough that he should be able to do increments. He was also attempting to fake vouch & falsely claim that he made Arcus GP famous
