I bought an account for $60 and it went smooth until about 1-2 months later, when the password was changed.

Do you have any way to prove that it's been recovered?

I have, he says he hasn't been on Runescape since selling the account. I'm not quite sure how I can show it's been hacked other than showing an invalid password error, although that doesn't really prove anything, either. He has said he's trying to recover the account for me.
