I'm okay with the unban. Just will let someone who handled the case jump in on this.

 

Sent 88jayto a PM to confirm receiving said payment.

 

After speaking with 88jayto, it appears you sent the money as a flat payment.

This caused him to incur a fee for the payment. He would like to be paid what he was charged in fees.

 

I would like to apologize for this statement, as I misunderstood what was paid.

The original total 88jayto sent to ConnorP was $277.70.
Osmium refunded 88jayto in the amount of $205.00.
Afterwards, ConnorP sent $70.00 (no fees incurred).

Given that, $2.70 has still been unpaid as $205.00 + $70.00 = $275.00.

88jayto would like to be refunded the additional $2.70.

 

I'm sure we can unban him and he will pay the $2.70.

He created an account and was PM'ing me on the forums. The account has been banned for ban evasion.

He said his intentions were to PM me, but he posted on the forums with the account, which complicates the situation.

Would like a Global to post a decision as to whether ConnorP may be unbanned (with TwC), if he must pardon, or if a discussion must be done within the Staff Lounge.

 

The account was made before the dispute was up. That's definitely ban evading in my books.

 

It is ban evading, no doubt. I haven't seen what the posts were, but maybe an unban with a TWC is alright?

 

Considering the time taken for the dispute and the fact that he is and was repaying Jay an unban works for me. I don't really see a TWC needed. Was the account posting in market?

 

The majority of the posts were made in the market, including one which confirms he used Sythe while banned on ConnorP to rent a maxed main account.
