Accounts can always be recovered by the original owner, if ur buying a maxed main (which is most likely expensive), you should only buy from trusted users.

 

how do i know that they are trusted users or not ?

 

I have a maxed main that has quest cape and 2 firecapes and torso. Also has all dk rings imbued with 90 slayer also

 

^ this is a perfect example for a non tursted guy, october joining, 1 posts, 99% that hes a ban evader and 99% that he will recover the acc
