is duel area training still good xp?

i was just at the dual arena again, noticed i get xp after the fight. if i find someone with a low def and high hp, is it still good xp to train on them? plus, i can my duallist's cap.

 

i'd say the conventional ways of training combat is faster than duel arena.

 

Maybe he trained hp at Soul Wars And also I think, that it is better to train ar monsters, not in duel arena.

 

It isnt too bad but there are better ways, I found a pretty unique way of getting xp in the wildy, if you give yourself a full inv of rocktails/sharks and the guy your boosting on has them too you can allow him to eat all of his, once he eats all of his you can trade his another full inv to him it all stacks up. I remember getting 30k xp drops just from this although it was a while ago.

If you dont want to do that hellhounds with guthans are afk and 60-100kxp an hour.
