Rules of spam / Vouches

So here the thing some guy keeps spamming Jargon on my threads that im seriously trying to gain some trust in. His user name is Dr.Draganoid, Thats besides the point. Is it legal to Vouch someone before a job is done, then use it against him/her in say his/her thread claiming that he/she paid through vouches and that He/she Hasn't done what hes asked. Even though the term of Service clearly state I can Refuse any order?

 

You vouch after the trade is complete.

 

Vouches cant be used like goods - you simply leave a vouch after a service is completed to recommend the user to any future traders.

Just use trusted people if you're unsure

Shouldn't be 'paying' in vouches lol. Vouch is a reputation point pretty much to get more users to use you.

You can't buy or sell vouches, that's against the rules. A vouch is something the buyer/seller writes if he believes the trade went well and would recommend to someone else. I personally agree with whoever posted on your thread. Don't do that in the future and only provide your own services.
