WTB 4-10 year old account with hours

Looking to buy an account that is 4-10 years old. I have $75 USD that I am able to spend. Must have a substantial amount of hours (2k or more) in CS 1.6 and CSS. Hours in CS:GO aren't as important. If it has a decent steam level this is preferable.
Going first is fine with me as long as it's with a trusted user.
I'm not looking for a low digit account, just an account with a lot of idle hours.
Must provide proof of no VAC/Over watch bans as well as no league bans (ESEA etc)
The amount I will pay will depend on factors including primarily idle hours and steam level.
