need help !

hey i need help creating GFX and i wanted to learn these few things
1st off let me tell you what i use

- mac os x 10
- Photoshop cs6

1. What i would like to learn to make is this

2. My signature the flame how do i make that also ?
   
3. Also would like to know how to make hyperlink type tabs under my sig so ppl can go to my vouches etc

Photoshop, After effects, and C4D.

Photoshop for editing, cutting out layers, adding colors and characters...

C4D for making 3D text and some animations

After effects for combining layers of animation and creating effects.

To make buttons under your sig you'd divide the image up- like yours is, and mine. Try dragging "vouches" or "gfx shop" and youll notice its two pics- so you could link the different pics to different links.
