Steam Market Rules

Hello,
Could someone enlight me towards the meaning of this rule?

"Threads selling keys without a scanned picture with Sythe username next to it"


Scanned picture of what?
How do I do if I'm a reseller?

I've PMed 2 Mods and they're ignoring my inqueries so I'm asking here :/

I don't use Steam so I son't know how the particular market works; it's basically asking for some sort of proof you own the key; however you can achieve that

 

Means if you sell cdkeys u need to show proof that you have keys or if you have steam gifts you need to show a picture of your inventory to show that u really have possession of merchandise

 

Most of the people already have their pictures regarding this situation. Some of them not, and I think this should be a rule for all, to show pictures of their relative stuff, even if they're keys or just useless gifts from steam.

 

It serves as a proof that you own the key that you are selling.
