Dispute Ban - @Roary

So, as I was right the guy who I assumed was evading/scamming other members has finally been banned and caught, his username on Sythe is Rylo.

He recently stole a 3 digit off another members and was trying to sell it to me with a Overwatch/Upcoming Vac ban onto it, found out through my Skype contacts that he was banned before for scamming other members and he was now evading. I refunded him before I knew he was for sure a scammer, below are the screenshots. Thanks!
