    I could be mistaken, but your hypothetical situation doesn't 100% apply to this situation :p

    Boatswain scammed users on Sythe.
    Blueskittle had previously dealed with Boatswain and has the ability to chargeback, should he be allowed to do so by the sythe staff.

    Boatswain is banned on sythe for scamming, if blueskittle counterscams(chargebacks) boatswain and gives the counterscammed money to one of boatswain's victims, that is allowed.
