Green Charm POSSIBLE ban evader/self voucher.

Link to banned Sythe account(s): Not sure, he's just got to many vouches from newcomers and is a newcomer himself. 7 vouches and 7 posts.
Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!: http://www.sythe.org/vouches-forum/1747291-green-charms-vouches.html if you check his vouches all are from accounts with 5 posts and under and all newcommers. He also keeps asking for peoples skype that is selling IKOV gp, he just rinks of mod.

Also there is 2 scam reports opened on him.
