I was going to post a response to the pardon, but there's just so much more that needs to be covered, I'm going to lay it all out in the open here and hear the community opinion about this. In case you don’t know, Dave said that BigBoiBets could pardon without repaying any of his numerous victims first.

For those of you who don’t know, BigBoiBets (Also known as iZinc or Killian) committed the most profitable blackhat attacks in recent Sythe history ($100k+ profit/losses on each side) against Jon (Sythe Sportjon22), myself (Xier0) and numerous others, and is currently pardoning. He never admitted to his offences before evidence came out, made no attempt to contact his victims before attempting to pardon, has been caught lying in his pardon on almost every single word, and misled admins in order to try to avoid repaying his victims before being able to attempt a pardon. These offences include ddosing our servers and our site, and contacting the licensers of our poker software (the same one he uses),trying to social engineer the Briggsoft staff into revoking our license and banning us from using it in the future, along with attacking a half dozen of his other competitors. I’ll mention the offences against myself&Jon here, but you can read about his other attacks in the google doc above.
Obviously, these are strong accusations. Unlike Killian, I don’t make accusations without proof to back it up. This thread will extensively cover everything, and you can leave your comments about it here, since the staff is ignoring and deleting posts about it.

iZinc posted a ban dispute in May for scamming Joopii out of his 30% share of BBB. At this point, iZinc still had not come forward admitting to his numerous blackhat offences that he built his business off of. When evidence finally came forth, he was told that he had to sort out his blackhat offences and would have to post a pardon instead of a dispute by Entrr
Instead of doing what the mod said, iZinc just decided to wait 2 months and try to post another dispute instead of a pardon. Due to negligence by the staff, they UNBANNED HIM WITHOUT EVEN READING HIS APPEAL OR KNOWING WHAT OFFENCE HE WAS BANNED FOR. I contacted the mod who unbanned him about the fact that iZinc had still not even attempted to contact his victims, and about how he has to post a pardon instead of a dispute. After this, BigBoiBets was rebanned, and he posted a pardon immediately after, while he had still not repaid his victims.

I have not reported any of BigBoiBet’s posts where he wrongfully accuses me of basically everything with absolutely no evidence, but that will all be shown in the “Lies” spoiler below
Killian posted a pardon while still not paying back any of his victims. I posted the amount I saw as repayment on the dispute, and the reasons behind it, but it was DELETED by a staff member for reasons unknown without them responding to it. In addition to the fact that iZinc was unbanned before via dispute without the staff even checking to see what he was banned for (blackhat, an undisputable offence that has to be pardoned), there is more evidence that is being contested for reasons that staff doesn’t seem to want to tell the victim of the offence why.
Earlier, FireZ said that this wasn't valid, but there was never a reason listed as to WHY this particular SE attack against us isn't valid, in addition to the already existing DDoS attacks. If he had contacted vB and tried to revoke Sythe's vB license, would you feel the same way?
This screenshot (which isn’t crucial to the pardon, since he was already banned under other evidence) was discarded as evidence for reasons unknown (mind you, it doesn’t have to do with the Skype profile not being visible; it is well known that iZinc did this). When asked for the reason why this very damning piece of evidence isn’t being considered, I received no response, and iZinc’s pardon was allowed to continue without this extra evidence being considered.
Barely a single word that iZinc has written in response to his pardon has been a lie or wild accusation against me of which he has no proof (which earns you an infraction here on Sythe.org). Let’s list them here shall we?

There is no proof posted. Guess why. Because this never happened, we've never sent people to their website to advertise. Lie #2..
I have never, at any point, DDoSed anyone, and I do not own any blackhat tools. iZinc has no proof of this and KNOWS I didn't have anything to do with it, but accused me of it anyway to get away with not refunding his victims.
Once again, iZinc KNOWS that I am not doing this, because I told him that I had PM'd staff members on his behalf to get the issue sorted out.

I tried at every opportunity to expedite iZinc's pardon (check the timestamps), even though he certainly didn't deserve that sort of effort from me.
Accusing me of scamming with no proof? +1 infraction here as well. I've never scammed anyone, iZinc knows this because he's been trying (unsuccessfully) to find proof of me doing it. More evidence of him trying to accuse me of scamming here:

I mentioned specifically that the PM was sent around the same time as the DDoS attacks and deliberately included the date on the screenshot, yet iZinc goes on to LIE and say that I deliberately didn't mention that to make it seem like that was a recent PM, and trying to make it seem like he has changed over the last 10 months. His lies, obviously, show that if he has changed, he has only changed for the worse.
Instead of paying back his victims, iZinc resorted to MISLEADING ADMINS to get them to decide that he didn't have to pay any money back to his victims, making a false claim against me that I was involved in blackhat activities against him to nullify the blackhat activities against me. He's spent the entirety of his pardon process trying to attack his victims even further instead of paying them back.
