Pywny banned for no reason?

Okay so my account got banned named 'pywny'.
I bought an account of someone named mattirer (Skype : matt.guillaume1).
I am now trying to sell the account again for more money ( merchanting ).
And now I got banned for selling the same account as he sold to me? I didnt know it was bannable and I'd like to get my account unbanned.

Post proof of you buying it off of the banned user please.
