Website made by scrub - needs improvement

I work for someone who owns an energy drink company, I'm pretty much in charge of social media expansion and ideas to contact the target demographic.

We're in need of assistance for website design.

The current site is in need of work.

It's in Wordpress.

We need:

A login system that tracks referrals. Every user uses their email to login and creates an alias. That alias or referral links can be used when they have members sign up to our site.
When Person A refers Persons B-F, every time person B-F buys something on the site, person A is granted a % commission. If person B refers person G, person B receives % commission on everything that person G buys, but person A will receive nothing from person G's purchases.
Every referral needs to be counted and displayed on the user's profile, plus a total score of their referral-chain (Ex, if I refer 5 people who each refer 4 people, my score is 25, but each must have made a purchase.)
The commissions will be added onto their account. At any point, they can "cash out" in increments or use the funds to purchase things from the store.

The store contains cases of drinks, drinks, bumper stickers, tees, hats etc.

The "cash out" option must auto-deposit into their paypal, but it must be secure so that they can't steal our money anyway.

Pricing is negotiable, but we're not cheapskates.

Last post before I hire freelance off site.

 

I would cost like $4000 to get my company to do it, so I think you are better with doing it off-site.

But, if you need me in the future send me a PM. I own a web company, and several other companies.

 

$4k for some coding? Yeah I have it up on freelance, talking to some people who can do it for around $200.

 

When 10 people have to get their salary, yeah.

 

That doesn't make it a good price, lmao. If it takes 10 people to do the project I listed, you should probably go back to school.

 

I can do it for half the price you listed (~$100) but I actually need to take a look at the code beforehand to determine if I'm actually capable of working with WordPress.

Believe it or not, this is the cost of a quality product in this business. Perhaps it's a bit steep for a WordPress site but I wouldn't go under $1000 for such a job.
