• A very good question.. But a very simple answer which is, Notorious cares about it's players, it cares about it's economy, it cares about how the server is ran and what the players suggest and what they want. Notorious focuses on every players enjoyment, we have every aspect of game-play that we know players enjoy PvM, PvP, skilling, you name it we have it! Decided that on the next client release hopefully on the 20th, that we are moving to higher data so then we won't be limited to the content we can create. This means we will be adding 525 maps, 562 gameframe and a lot of client features.

Also the achievements system and EP system are almost finished.

I have to say Raw Envy has changed Notorious for the better in the last year and the RSPS community itself too. Note that this is coming from a bug "finder", so i know what i am talking about when i say it's well coded. Raw Envy, i have a love/hate relationship with your server, keep up the hard work with coding. You will probably be ranked in the top 5 sometime soon.
I truly do wish your server for the best.

Achievements system, hunter skill, earned potential, various fixes and other updates being released tomorrow or sometime this weekend!

 

A few updates have been done and released in game, come online and check them out!

• The timer that tells you when you last logged in now only shows for users that have logged in before (Before it would say -1 minutes ago for new players)
• The welcome message will now say welcome back if you are a returning player or welcome for new players
• Yanille added to the city teleports
• Added a few new skilling spots and added them to the skills teleport
• Bandits training area npc's are now agressive and in a multi combat zone
• Any donation over $50 now obtain additional bonus points - Notorious - Shop
• Performing emotes will now make any open interfaces close
• Chinchompas can now be used in combat and are working 100%
• Max cash ticket now added to the general store! These tickets buy for 2147m but only sell for around 1.9b so be careful and you can also tear these tickets up but are prompted before hand
• Third-age drudic is now a possible reward from the crystal key chest!
• Dragon claws special attack has been fixed
• Farming XP rates have been made x80 the normal rate.
• Hunter has been finished - many different ways to train, the hunter shop can be found at home
• Achievement system is finished with achievements points as rewards. Pts can be exchanged by speaking to Sir Amik Varze at Home, over 100+ achievements done.
• More items and such being added as achievment rewards soon!
• The following monsters now require 58, 85 and 90 Slayer respectively: Cave horrors, Abyssal demons and Dark beasts.
• Animation tweening added to the client - this can be toggable from the client settings

We have finally got the V2 client ready for release with loads more features than before and overall everything looking so much nicer, smoother and realistic! I think it will bring a great change to the way gameplay was on the old client, compared with now

• A few of the updates made to the client include:
• Enhanced textures/models - more appealable look & added higher revision texture images
• Smooth shading - enhanced ground textures
• Mouse scroll wheel can now be used to move the camera when held down
• Added zooming in feature, hold down Ctrl + use mouse wheel & Resets if you change screen modes
• Full Z-Buffering + Fog
• Fixed focal view in resizable/fullscreen
• Loads of model fixes
• 498 skill tab added
• Newer shop, lunar spellbook, newer loading/connection lost images, and equipment interface added
• Boost in client performance
• More options interface upgraded slightly
• New sexy login screen added - supports animated background also
• And loads more!
