Looking for a starter main - Or custom account

Want a 70/70/70 account (exact) - Don't want an account with all 70+ want them all 70.

It's for a friend who's getting back into 07.

I can pay via paypal (verified) - Have a look at my vouches, no I don't charge back I'm not a douche. Or I can pay via RS gp if needed, It just means I have to buy gp first before I buy the account.

Happy to pay whatever you want for the account if reasonable that is. Id prefer someone who does custom accounts as I want it pure fresh 70/70/70 that's it. I can help him out by buying him 70 prayer etc, that only cost like 5.5m or so.

I have an account, its 73 72 71 though, 80 prayer and 99 cooking ill let it go for cheap as I no longer use it give me a pm if interested
