How to quit Smoking

Hello fellow Sythers!

I have a problem, how can i stop smoking?
Please provide a lot of info. I really want to quit.
It's bad for my wallet and my health.

I have smoked and was addicted to it, but not for a long time. For me it was fairly easy to quit. I've always accomplished every goal I set. I just threw the cigarette to the ground and from that day I quit. As easy as that , but that was ONLY for me. Good luck further on!

Honestly brother nobody cant help you quit, it's all about the will power and motivation to do so, which you have to have in you, That being said my friends dad used e-cigs to help him quit smoking, it was a long progress but it worked. Best of luck my man, quit that habbit. <3
