The recent ban dispute that led to the unban
Another (denied) dispute
The requirements for Killian to be able to pardon:
Denied. Sort out EVERYTHING before you try returning. Things to include:
1. Blackhat claims
2. Demotions/Refunds ect any other logistics that may arise to avoid a future problem.
Thanks.
In addition, another thing I want to note is that I have no affiliation or contact with Joopii, who is the scammer that iZinc owes shares in his business with, or with MMOpoker, who was another poker site that iZinc used blackhat/social engineering tactics to shut down or disable their business

I’m a person whose never DDoSed anyone in my life, I’ve always viewed it as unethical and I’ve never been involved anywhere near such activities until partnering up with someone who had. I’ll also try to get to the point as much as possible although I feel this is a very vague area.

Here is the proof of blackhat activity, which earns him a perm ban, which he has to PARDON for, not dispute, of which myself and my business were the primary victims, in addition to MMOpoker. The damages include loss of income from downtime, server upgrade costs, labor involved in that, and losses from potential business due to iZinc's blackhat attacks leaving him with a monopoly at the time.
Now, in order for Killian to pardon, he must first pay damages to his victims, which he has made no attempt whatsoever to contact me even though I am on call 24/7 (Skype, IRC, My personal site, etc)
The below quote was posted on Killian's ban appeal, but there was absolutely no moderator response to it.
Before even considering accepting the appeal made by iZinC, the person who hijacked my business for tens of thousands of dollars, I'd like to clear out a few things.
To these who don't know what happened between me (Joopii) and iZinC, here's the story briefly:
September 2013: iZinC and me decide to launch a RSGP poker site. I'd earn 30% of the profits and iZinC earns 70%. Only iZinC has access to the web servers and he owns the domain.
May 2014: iZinC decides to not pay me my 30% anymore, since he no-longer needs me. At that point we earned roughly $20000 per month.
After this, I launched my own website, which I decided to close after a week due to massive DDoS attacks and after the host being banned.
Regarding to the moderator of iZinCs website, iZinC himself was behind these attacks.
http://gyazo.com/083219f984b6dcff3e33ed63e4ee142e - This is an image of the moderator copypasting what iZinC sent to him over Skype. That long wall of text is a message which claims that my website hosted illegal gambling, however it is not illegal and iZinC knows it.
Shortly after this, I got this email: http://gyazo.com/b2c4df786f23a28d226e1194c53728fb
This post is regarding the appeal that iZinC recently made. Here I am quoting some of his posts. You can find his appeal at http://www.sythe.org/dispute-ban-twc/1735801-follow-up-appeal-bigboybets.html
>and took Joopii’s advice and worked with him to perform that action.
As usual, there is absoulutely no evidence at all of me actually suggesting to use this method on our competitors. It happened multiple times when iZinC got angry at our competitors and wanted me to DDoS them. Even at one point he wanted me to do negative search engine optimization to our new competitor, runechat.com.
Whenever iZinC gave me such orders, I decided to just tell him that "I tried to do it with no success", since I had learned that I don't want to argue with the guy who pays my salary. Unfortunately at the end I had an argument between him and with his ways to operate. This resulted into him kicking me out of the website.
When our first competitors opened up their poker clients again, Dragondyce and MMOpoker, iZinC messaged me this:

The gyazo links in the picture:

Also, just adding to this:
I got banned for 1b 07 and we had a deal that we would split all our business costs 70-30. I had already re-paid iZinC 30% multiple times after he got banned, but when I got banned for 1b, this happened. http://gyazo.com/cf28e8381f12178467f488574df1007e
If you have any questions regarding this, you can add me on Skype. My Skype is "Erkonkolme".
Regards,
Joopii.

Joopii posted against Killian's dispute, but everything he posted was never addressed by any moderators whatsoever, and Killian was unbanned.
To my knowledge, Joopii has not received any reparations for his shares in BBB's site. In addition to this, Joopii is owed unpaid earnings from BBB:
![]()
The ~2.4T bet @ the site over the past ~6 weeks nets (If I'm not mistaken) 106B EoC gp in commission, which brings Joopii's owed earnings in the past 6 weeks to $13,405 @ $.42/m
If iZinc wants to buy out Joopii's share and be able to pardon, he has to pay the $13k he owes from the last 6 weeks earnings, as well as however much a 30% share of a business that (calculated with the above numbers) produces over $300k annually
Killian said this in his google doc from one of his previous disputes, claiming that Joopii wasn't worth the 30% share that Killian scammed him out of
![]()
However, shortly before this, Killian had said that Joopii's hand in the business accounted for attracting 85% of the site's customers
