Buying 95+ Range account and 45 or less DEF! MUST BE TRUSTED!

As the title says Im looking for an account with a high range level and something around 40 to 45 defense and a high mage level would be preferred. My offer is 200$ or RSGP it dont matter. My price isnt firm especially if you are trusted and by trusted i mean TRUSTED... I also have a couple of maxed combat EOC Accounts if youre interested in that.
