Divica knowingly buying stolen goods

In this scam report she says she bought an account from the person in this picture

She is speaking to a HACK FORUMS Admin who sells runescape GP. Clearly it should be looked into or banned for knowingly buying stolen goods.This picture was taken off her report against this person who is a known ban evader who she didn't report, and traded with a public hacker.

At least the chat should be investigated as this is a perm ban per Sythe's ruling here

Which is what Viou is banned for.

 

A quick google search of the skype name doesn't bring forward any links to hackforums as far as I can tell, so anybody who would be researching wouldn't find anything connecting him to HF.
I don't see enough evidence to warrant a ban, on the grounds of this:
