Does anyone have the link for the free Skype live support? Can't seem to locate it from their website.

I should have probably specified this earlier - my current skype account is suspended for some reason so I can't login. I know there is a way to access livechat without needing to login to Skype as I've done it before, just can't remember how/ don't know if option is still available.
